The Institute of Tropical Forest Conservation (ITFC) is one of the eight academic units of Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST). The MUST academic units include; six faculties and two Institutes. The six faculties are; Medicine, Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, Computing and informatics Science, Management Sciences and Applied Sciences and Technology while the two institutes are; the Institute of Tropical Forest Conservation and Maternal New Born and Child Health (see http://www.must.ac.ug/academic-units).
