Jana Baeumer was supported by ITFC for her PhD study at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology (MPI), Leipzig, German. She was carrying out her fieldwork on a research titled; Extractive foraging in Bwindi Mountain Gorillas (Gorilla beringei beringei)” which she completed in 2015.
She used ITFC facilities such as the library, herbarium, and office space including the Internet. She was at ITFC to conduct her research from February to April 2015.
