Ms Kelly Ostrofsky was supported by ITFC for her PhD at the Center for the Advanced Study of Human Paleobiology, The George Washington University, USA.
Kelly is carrying out her PhD research fieldwork on; the relationships between mountain gorilla locomotor behaviour, kinematics, and musculoskeletal function in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Uganda.
She started her fieldwork in February 2017 and is currently still collecting data and being supported by ITFC. She uses ITFC facilities such as the library, herbarium, field assistants and office space including Internet.
